Axcess Staffing Services has IMMEDIATE openings for 1ST and 2ND shift Line Lead in York, PA!

We are offering pay rates starting at $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.

Full-time hours available with a great schedule!

Responsibilities:

• Use the Work Order as a guide to understand job requirements and specifications, assign individual tasks, and train and direct the temporary staff accordingly
• Set-up or assist with line set-up as needed, using the line diagram
• Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reconciliation of customer product
• Oversee and monitor production flow on the line, trouble shoot problems, and make equipment adjustments as needed
• Ensure that the finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order
• Understand and demonstrate safety behaviors and ensure all temporary staff are in compliance with all safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by a supervisor and/or customer
