Axcess Staffing in partnership with a Logistics company located in Hagerstown, MD is looking for Customer service/Logistics support specialist for temp to hire opportunities.

1st and 2nd shift available Monday to Friday with possibility of overtime Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

-Schedule delivery appointments
-Conduct freight tendering/carrier selection (with use of routing guide)
-Monitor carrier performance/compliance issues
-Perform data entry and track-and-trace duties
-Provide freight pay and claims resolution

Desired Background/Skills:

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Solid attention to detail with the ability to multitask
-Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
-Experience in freight pay resolution
